Karaboudjan Anatolians is pleased to announce the arrival of our second litter, the “Shami x Kenzo” litter born April 1, 2015.

We were blessed with 9 beautiful Anatolian puppies, 2 female, & 7 males.  They are all active, healthy, and growing like little weeds!

We are keeping the Gray collar female from this litter, her name is “Ateş” Karaboudjan’s Bonfire of the Vanities. She has finished her GCH at less than a year, with a Group 3 placement. Her brother Rowdy, owned by the Pong’s has also finished his GCH & has been ranked in the top 5 Anatolians alongside Ateş.

This was a very special breeding between CH Sakarya’s It’s a Charmed Life Shameran “Shami” and CH Island Farm’s Kensington “Kenzo”.  Both dogs are utilized as working livestock guardians.

Kenzo was imported with new genetics to the US, thus future breedings will be carefully limited.

His dam: American & International CH (FCI CIB) Island Farm’s Lunar Eclipse “Luna” once again won BOB at Crufts in England for 2015, adding to her previous BOB win’s at Crufts in 2014 & 2011; and Reserve Best Bitch in 2010.

She is also a Netherlands CH, a European 2011 Winner, an Amsterdam Winner in 2011, and a Euro Dog Show Winner in 2011.

“Luna” is a lovely, athletic bitch with an extremely stable temperament and comes from a great line of well known Anatolians.

His sire: French CH Varish du val de la Boissier, is a Luxembourg CH, European CH, Croatian CH, Switzerland CH, Netherlands CH, & Germany CH.

“Varish” was also World Champion in 2008 in Stockholm, BOB & Best in Show in 2008 in the World Tour Winner & was a multi-National winner in livestock.

“Varish” is a wonderful Anatolian, with superb guardian abilities, & comes from a great lineage of champions.
